Carolina Kids Academy believes each child shall have the opportunity to develop his/her own full potential at his or her own pace in an environment that is safe, nurturing, respectful, and educational.

Founder and owner, Nicole Magers had a strong passion and desire to follow her dream and in 2002 opened the ideal child care center, Carolina Kids Academy in Apex.  Nicole, a mother herself, earned a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and has been working in child care for over 20 years, with 14 of those years in administration.  In 2006 Carolina Kids Academy opened a second location within Carpenter Village's Marketplace in Cary, thus providing more children with convenient, high quality care.
